Return Policy Returning an Item


Return Policy
We guarantee everything we sell. We are very particular about the products we select for our store and only sell those items that meet our high quality standards. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it for a refund or exchange for up to 30 days from the date you receive the item with the exception of the holiday season. All returns received more than 30 days from purchase may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Any item that is returned damaged, altered, worn, laundered, stained or smelling foul will not be accepted for refund or exchange. You can choose from the following return options: If you want to exchange the item (e.g. for a different size), send it back to us and we will ship out the new item free of charge. You get one free shipping charge on your first exchange. Please note that we cannot provide free shipping for exchanges on international orders. If you want a refund, we will credit your account for the cost of the item. We will not credit your card for the initial shipping charges. No refunds are issued for giftwrap. If your order is returned due to an invalid shipping address or because it goes unclaimed, we will credit your account for the cost of the items only - not for the shipping charges. If your item is defective, we will credit your account for the cost of the item and the shipping charges. If you have paid by money order or personal check, you will receive a refund check. Please note that we will not accept items that have been laundered, used, or damaged in any way. The item must be in the condition you received it and must have all tags attached. Please note that all damaged returns will be refused and the customer will have to file a claim with the carrier used.



Returning an Item
Included with every order is your order's invoice. You will need to send a copy of that invoice along with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate on the invoice or an attached note why you are returning the item and what action you would like us to take (exchange, credit your card, etc.). If you do not have your invoice, please also include the following information with your note: the name under which the order was placed the item(s) you are returning the price paid for the item(s) the form of payment you used (if credit card, please include all credit card billing info: name, address, card number and expiration date) Send to: The Hippy Chix Shop 3604 Tewa Court NE Albuquerque, NM 87111 Please allow two weeks for the processing your refund/exchange.
